Showroom In-charge

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Overall responsibility of the concerned Showroom where ever placed.
    • Responsible for achieving the Showrooms Sales Target
    • Supervision of all personnel that includes:

     

    • Recommendation for personal career growth.
    • Plan Incentive schemes.
    • Recommendation for Promote.
    • Issuing of warning letters wherever disciplinary action is required.

     

    • Counter wise sales target & performance; Attendance; Uniform & wearing of ID cards; & Overall personal appearance standards
    • Proper deployment of all salesmen
    • Responsible for the approval of all expenses in the Showroom as well as expenses from the petty cash fund;
    • Approval of Credit Applications
    • Daily warm up meeting, de briefing for all the staff;
    • Communicating the information from the offices that includes Office Order, Promotion, new product information, price changes, emails & other concerns and make sure for the implementations of the same;
    • Signing of all necessary documents such as STV, Sales Return, Credit Applications, ISO Files & other related matters;
    • Helping the cashier in making Invoices, Quotations & stocks inquiry if needed;
    • Co-ordinate with MST and Service centre and ensure no item lies there non saleable or no damaged item lies in the showrooms
    • Responsible for conserving and protecting assets by Managing assets judiciously for higher asset turnover, (power, stationery, miscellaneous expenses
    • Must coordinate with all the Business Units Head regarding change of prices, new product Information, meetings & seminars
    • Stock TAKE every month end, per counter wise to control stocks inventory; Ensure adequate stocks of all SKUs are maintained (co ordinate with concerned BU heads to ensure this).
    • Coordination with all the BU Head, & concerned Departments regarding any business transactions. Liaison with Mall heads, Managers wherever applicable
    • S.O. Documents
    • Answering customer/office calls over telephone.
    • Preparation for the overtime of all the personnel in the showroom
