    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    Customer Service sequence

    • All customers must be Greeted by following a Customer service sequence
      1. Greet with a Salam alikum / Good Morning / May I help you
      2. Find out what product they are looking for
      3. Explain Product benefits, USPs.
      4. The Quotation slips should contain correct Price, Product code, Model No
      5. Once Sale is complete in that counter, Thank them for shopping with Jumbo and request for a repeat visit, then guide them to other counters

     

    Sales Targets

    • Sales – Brand wise, Product wise daily monitoring is required;
    • Must take the initiative in implementing techniques for achieving higher Sales

     

    Stock in their respective Counters

    • Should see to it that there is enough stock being maintain in the storeroom;
    • Preparing for  Stock transfers whenever required
    • Checking for a price update as often as possible
    • Always checking for the product information;
    • Coordinate with the service department regards problems encountered with our  customers concerning repairs
    • Ensure that Saleable Stocks are sold, Damaged and defective stocks are moved to Service centre for repair and also track its return from service centre

     

    Display of products

    • Proper display should always be carried out
    • Stocks must always be neat & clean
    • Maintain a personal Housekeeping schedule
