Instagram Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Contest Organizer
The contest is organized by Jumbo Electronics

2. Eligibility
● The contest is open to residents of Qatar who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
● Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and
suppliers, as well as immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period
● The contest begins on 22/07/2024 and ends on 24/08/2024.
● All entries must be received during the contest period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter
● Follow “jumboqatar” Instagram Handle on Instagram.
● Like the contest post.
● Tag 3 friends in the comments of the contest post. Each tag must be a unique Instagram account.

5. Entry Restrictions
● Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must tag different friends.
● Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or received outside the contest period will be disqualified.

6. Winner Selection
● Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
● The draw will take place on 10 Days after each giveaway period
● Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 5 days of the draw.

7. Prize
● The prize for the contest is 1 (one) AMAZFIT GTS3 Smartwatch
● 3 winners will each get 1 (one) AMAZFIT GTS3 Smartwatch
● No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the Organizer’s discretion.
● The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Claiming the Prize
● Winners must respond to the notification within 3 days to claim their prize.
● If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the specified period, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

9. Publicity
By participating, participants agree to allow Jumbo Electronics to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Liability
● The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, human error, or other problems that may result in an entry being lost or otherwise affected.
● By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless to Jumbo Electronics and Instagram from any liability arising from participation in the contest or the acceptance and use of the prize.

11. Disqualification
● The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.

12. Privacy
Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of the contest and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the contest or as required by law.

13. Instagram Disclaimer
This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants acknowledge a complete release of Instagram from any liability related to this contest.
